Needs his outside shooting improved. He was a high caliber 3/D guy for a championship contending team.

He started his career off pretty well. He was averaging 16.6 PPG by Year 2. But fizzled out after 4-5 years, and became a bench guy the rest of the way. So probably make him an immediate impact guy with low potential.

Charles Outlaw is Bo Outlaw right?

I remember him being a good hustle guy. Versatile defender. Defend the wing and the post. One year he had 1.3 spg and 2.2 Bpg. Wasn't much offensively. Horrible FT shooter. Has some assists though.

He's currently all Fs for his ratings

I'd make him C+ D+ C B C+ with a low B or C Potential

Andrew Gaze was a real player that played for Australia he was primarily a ball handler and Dunker

Vin Baker was a 20 and 10 player as well almost as soon as he entered the league his problem was Alcohol

Dino Radja Problem was either passport related or the fact he played very tough

Charles is Bo and yes he was a outstanding Hustle player that could guard everyone on the Court as well as getting Stlre and Blocks at a low level

I would of left Vin Baker Dino Radja alone and Simply rate Gaze as I suggested to B C- or D+ on offense C or C+ on Handles and C C- on defense and Rebounding

He shouldn’t have the rights to be making picks on behalf of other teams even if it is the right pick.

This right should be reserved for John and anyone he delegates it to (presumably long time, proven GMs)
