Well it's not really a rule but I was thinking if we can have some type of award for newbies, like a Rookie of the Yr new GM award, this award will take place every season if we have a minimum of 3 new gms each yr, if we hire only 1 gm or 2 gms in each off season then this rule will not take place. I feel like we need to really get newbies more active and give them something nice if they do a great job.

Idk about having an award that could be there 1 year, and gone the next. But I see where you're going.
How bout giving a newbie GM a cash reward for every 5 wins he improves his team?

yeah, dont worry about the new gms. they will most likely pick the game up 15x faster than you and will know how to spell genius.
