So, if we are nearing the soft cap level, and have a massive free agent resign that after signing just him we still come in just under the soft cap, if on our free agent offers we put other free agents first, and our resign last on the list, would we be able to sign the guys that werent on our team first, then be able to go over the soft cap by resigning our own guys? or would this have to be done in two seperate free agent days?

Basically you can make a offer on a player but if that signing or any other signing takes you into the hardcap you cannot make any offers on anything other than a player resign, birdright player, MLE, LLE. If you are still under the softcap you can offer other deals... but once in the hardcap you cant make offers to anything other than what I mentioned. And minor deals can be made after FA if you are in the hardcap to get to 12 if needed. |

Random depending on offers, and other teams offers... |
