I voted no. Only 2 seasons of 20+ ppg, and career averages of 15.7 ppgs and 10.4 boards just doesnt do it for me.

Kinda wish solley didnt leave the league the first time I think he used Thompson the best and could have kept him going longer. But no he doesnt compare to Bowie, Ewing.

I loved Thompson. His defense and rebound made a huge impact when I first took over the Knicks. But unfortunately the stats don't back that up so no.

It's a yes for now from me, not because I think he deserves it, but because I want to see him remain on the ballot...Quite a few league awards/teams, etc. The scoring is a little low, but his defense was really solid for a long time.
I want the chance to reconsider in future seasons, but the standards for big men are getting pretty steep, so if he's kicked off the ballot this year I'll understand.

I would love to vote yes on him as for 6 straight years he was on some kind of league team and I think that should hold value, also he was never really used as an option much as if you look at his shot totals they are pretty low. I think in time I could change my mind but for now it is a no.

I voted no with Thompson, for the same reasons I voted no for Buck Williams. Both were very good, but not great.
