sad to do so, but i voted no.
only one all league team (3rd) which in his defense we have had some crazy good PG's, and 2 all defense teams. What really jumped out to me was the lack of a single 10 apg season. career high of 9.7.

I voted no because he wasn't as good as some other PGs we've had in this league. And also the reasons jlafavor has listed.

He could have been better but to many trades, to many teams playing him out of position rather than just letting him be a top PG. I kinda feel like his career was wasted alittler because of that but in the end I vote no.

Solid career but not hall of fame caliber. Gotta take a stand with players like Stockton so we don't let everybody in the HOF.

8.3 assists to 3.3 TOs for career averages is not that impressive to me as a PG, and Stockton's scoring isn't so crazy impressive to make me overlook the passing numbers.
For PGs and Centers the standards are ridiculous, and Stockton is an unfortunate victim of circumstance.

It's tragic that we couldn't have turned John Stockton into a HOF player in this league, but that is certainly what happened here.
Gotta vote no, as he never excelled where he should have.

It sucks when real HOFs will not make it here. But I vote no he did nothing spectacular, and he was high Tos for a PG with limited assists. If he was averaging in the 11-13 range it would be a different story.

Almost, but not quite elite enough assist numbers without the finals/mvp type awards

I also voted no. He was very solid, but with the PG talent in the league, he was never one of the best. I was also surprised that he never averaged more than 10 assists in any season.
