No all league teams. No all-star teams. He did won 2 titles as a 6th man. But I don't think that makes him an elite player. Which is what the HOF is.

No. Had some good Seasons playing key roles and won 2 titles but was never one of the best.

No. Was a key player on the championship teams but wouldn't consider him hall of fame level

He had a point guard build while being listed as a shooting guard. So he was always in a hole.
And SG had always been a deep position during CJs prime. Dr J, Brandon Roy, Penny, John Drew, Lavine. Then came Kobe and Ray Allen.

No. his one "breakout year" scoring wise, he only played 44 games. Solid option on a good team.
