Soprano has more TO's than Barker, but he is head and shoulder above Barker in term of stocks. He should be a good addition to the team. It is a high price to pay, but we know Barker was an accident max deal so it would be hard to get him off the team
we do not expect the Steals to stay, but if we can get 3 Blocks per game from him, that is better than anything we have ever had for our Bigs.

love this for the warriors Don't get this for Lakers tho i dont think they wanted to be saddled with the soprano salary, and they get some value out of a free agent signing

I kinda get it for the Lakers. The longer Soprano stays on the roster the more they're gonna screw up their pick. So might as well just pull the bandaid now.
3 years of Barker (counting the buyout) isn't the worst thing. If the Lakers have a 3 year tank plan. Barker would then expire by the time the Lakers are ready to dance.
It's like when Philly traded for Earl Monroe. I didn't get it. He was a 2 year hideous contract. They ate it. Tanked for 2 years, and came out OK in the end.

I just think Soprano is worth more, but maybe that is how the market is.
