The random draft file for 2010 is up for draft suggestions. It may not be 100% complete, and I have not added the 2 aba players yet.

Greg Oden - should be D+ at best Outside, imo. He was a pretty elite rim protector and paint defender in college, so I'd say he should be the best inside defender in the class. Potential probably an A also, even though it wasn't realized in the pros, he had the strength and measurables to become an elite 2 way player
Kevin Durant - Passing/Handling might be high as he only averaged 1.3 assists per game in college vs. 3 to/g. Wouldn't have an issue with him being an A- outside guy. He was also a very good rebounder as a wing player in college and should have A potential as well.

Newer to your style of draft class building so my comment(s) may not be very helpful... but here we go.
Should Oden be A potential? Feel like he was looked at as a generational talent that had a very high ceiling to grow into.

Julian Wright B C C- B C C kid could jump, but did not become good, not even in Europe
Marc Gasol B- C- C- C+ B- A
Glen Davis B C D C+ C+ B don't think we should go crazy with his potential too
Jason Smith C+ C D B C+ B same here
Yi Jianlian C+ B- D+ C C+ A
Mike Conley C B- B B- D+ B he was solid early on with Grizzlies
Brandan Wright B- C C B C B
Josh McRoberts C+ C D+ C+ C+ B
Rodney Stuckey B- C- C+ B- C B he was all about driving, jumping, scoring, but he had decent seasons

It will show what it shows even though its rated at a 5. Other ratings go into some ratings to make them seem higher but in reality they are not. I got it down though sometimes you cant.

What are you referring to here? I know how all the ratings work, the spreadsheet I sent you with the 2015 class includes a grade calculator on it (which kinda shows you haven’t looked at the spreadsheet so I’m glad I spent a couple hours on that) but which specific comment/rating that I commented on are you addressing?

Kevin Durant
He's better than a C defender. I'd make him a B- at least. I'd improve the handling too. He might have not had the best assist/turnover ratio as a 18 year old freshman in Texas. But in his NBA peak he was good for 5+ APG.
Id do B- B (high B Outside) C B- C A (highest Potential in the class)
Al Horford
Al only averaged double digit rebounds for his career once. So B might be too high of a rebounding grade. I'd say B-. And drop defense from B+ to B because B+ Def with A Potential should be reserved for the elite defenders (like Ron Artest last draft). He is a pretty damn good passing big though. So I'd bump handle up to C.
B- C C B B- A
Marc Gasol
He won defensive player of the year. And was a key piece of the Grit and grind Grizzlies always being among the best defensive teams in the league. I'd at least start him with a B defense. He's better than C- outside too. Always had a nice mid range. Great free throw shooter for a C. And when the game changed and centers started shooting 3s, he started shooting and making 3s too. I'd make him a C Outside. And C Handle because like Horford he was another great passing big. Actually he was pretty identical to Horford. That's why I'd make both players pretty similar.
B- C C B B- A
Wilson Chandler
We had him in New York. He developed into a solid player. But he was never a high Potential type player. Just solid. a solid B Potential type of guy instead of A. And I'd bump the outside shooting from C to C+
B- C+ C- B C B
Al Thornton
He came in as an older plug and play rookie. By year 2 he was averaging nearly 17 points per game. But that he was peak. He was a solid scorer. But B inside with B- outside + B Potential for a career 11.9 PPG 45/29/74 shooting split guy is way too generous.
I'd say more like B- B-(low) inside/outside with a Low B Potential. Because he flamed out early. Played 5 NBA seasons.
Yi Jianlian
Not sure why we're starting him with A Potential. Considering he was out of the league at 24 after averaging 7.9 PPG (on 40 FG%) for his career. I'd drop him to a B Potential.
Also Jameson Curry, Brendan Wright, Jaravis Critteon
Curry only played in 1 career NBA game and never scored a single point...Critteon outside of that Gilbert Arenas situation and killing that woman his career never made much noise. 113 games 5.3 PPG 44/23/63 shooting splits. 1.8 apg/1.2 tpg ratio. Pretty horrible numbers for a guard. I'd drop him to Low B Potential..Brendan Wright was a lotto pick for the Warriors but he didn't really pan out. He was a solid backup big for his career. Maybe I'd give him a low B Potential.
Curry - C Potential Critteon - B (low) Potential Wright - B (low) Potential
Mike Conley
He had a real nice career for his Memphis. I'd bump him up to a low A Potential.
Sun Yue
We got him at C+/B scoring with B Potential. He scored 6 career NBA points. He wasn't that good of a scorer. So I'd drop the offensive grades or drop Potential to C.

This draft file has some weird ratings in it to start. Wish I didn't delete all my files from before.

Noah should be better than he is. Former defensive player of year. 3 time all defense. Bulls were elite defensively largely because of him. I'd make him the best defender in the class. C+ C- C B+ B A Also I'd drop Thad Young to a High B Potential. He was another solid guy. Not an A Potential guy though.
