Today we take a look at the 5 year development of Tyrese Haliburton the 3rd overall selection in the 2001 Draft. Sadly another owner who bailed on the league while never bothering to camp their top selection setting the player back, and the franchise which ended up run the the Commish who by that time didn't see the value in camping him with other top selections in need. Camps are not everything, and potential does make a difference but when you don't give the player of value a chance you might be putting them behind the 8 ball.
