I disagree.
I actually think the Rockets won this trade. The #8 pick is nice. But Bargnani is a top5 scorer in this league and Bogdan is about to come out as a very solid 2nd or 3rd option. The knicks obviously did it because their cap situation and got whatever value back they could.
Two very very good players for the #8. I really liked this move for Houston compared to all his other trades of lottery picks. He got a ton of value back here.
Honestly if this was the other way around. And Houston was getting the #8 for Bargs and Bog I think people would be trying to veto it.
