An objectively terrible trade for the Jazz who are young and tanking ,unloading an awesome high potential player for nothing that will ever matter for them. But not bad enough to veto it He really found the sweet spot with this one lol |

Hot Rod is pretty good though looking at his number rating. Similar inside/jumpshooting mixture. Better post D, Drive D, and shot blocking. Better handles/less turnovers too.
But Nurkic kills him on the glass and is only 21. So as a Center his value far exceeds Hot Rod.
Last deal was basically trading a dollar for 4 quarters. This deal he at least got a 50cent out of it.

I got offered a much worse offer for Jamison/Vonleh. So least he didn't accept that.
I asked bout lavine and was told he wasn't trading so oh well on that.
