I nominate the Dallas Mavericks. I gotta be honest with you I thought this team would be terrible for the next 3 years. They were old team coming off a 50 loss season with no draft picks in the near future. 200 trades later they're a 45 win team (+13 win improvement) with home court advantage in Round 1.

Right now im not 100% but my leading choice is Grizz. They came within 1 game of knocking the Wolves off the midwest division title and have been vastly improving.
