I was on the fence here but the boarding/scorers #'s were too overwhelming to not include him.

I voted no here, but I was really going back and forth on this one. He put up some outstanding numbers, but he was never really recognized as being one of the best players at his position (only 1 all-star game and no all-league team selections).

I am going to return later and vote on this one. Great offensive numbers, but when I look at his low bpg and high number of fouls, I'm not sure where I stand with him. It takes him below Elmore Smith and Tom Burleson in my opinion.
To be continued...............

I voted yes. He was a great scorer and defender and didn't get the attention he truly deserved during his career.

This is a no to me.. He was on the cusp, but the reb, and points are there, but the blocks, steals, and assists were not.

The numbers are there in my opinion...but he never had the team success I feel or the award recognition. Hall of Famers really need to have 2 of those 3 categories filled.

went with no. hard for me to vote yes for a one time all star and no all league teams. i know there were a lot of dominant centers in the league, but he needed a bit more for my vote.

I voted no because My Giant was just a horrible movie.

I am returning with my vote before this closes and locks.
I am going to vote no, although I understand the yes votes. For me, Big G was just not versatile enough. He could be counted on to score, and grab rebounds, but there's just not enough else for me to give him a nod into the HOF for what he accomplished.
