i think he was held back because of being played at SG instead of PG for a few years. If his career numbers were 18 ppg, 8-9 apg, it would be closer, but i am also going with no.

I voted no. He made some all-star games and made a couple all-league teams, but I think that was due to the lack of talent at the SG position rather than Westphal's ability. He was a very good player, just not HOF material for me.
