Losing a player isn't very realistic, getting fined and losing a 1st is how the NBA does it isn't it?

I voted for the bottom option because we have to make it tough...

If we did the bottem option (Which I did vote for) I would say the best player is benched for one week not indef.

If we did the bottem option (Which I did vote for) I would say the best player is benched for one week not indef. I didn't vote for the bottom option solely because I wasn't sure what "loss of player" would mean, since there are "suspend" and "entire season" options above that. But, based on what John suggested, I back the bottom option. So...... there would be a $300 up front fine, a loss of next 1st round pick the team holds (the best one the team holds, or their own?), no awards of GM cash for any claims until back under hardcap, and a one week suspension of best player (as determined by the Commish, IMO) if I interpret that option correctly. So, if the team then stayed in the hardcap for the season, the point is there is a lingering punishment of not being able to claim any cash. That seems to be the biggest penalty addition added. Which I think is better than having a cumulative fine added each sim.

The pool is confusing before I kept reading I thought you lost your best player for a undetermined set of time...
