Coming off of a 3-2 sim, let's see how Toronto did over this 3-game sim.
Game 1: Lakers @ Raptors L 121-107 - The Raptors lost this game despite shooting 56% from the field and despite getting 50 points and 10 boards from player of the game, Wayman Tisdale. Tisdale shot 17-20 from the floor and 16-25 from the free-throw line. Fat Lever added in yet another double-double with 12 points, 12 assists and 7 boards. Jon Koncak added in 23 points. The Lakers were led by the shooting of Carlos Briggs, as he finished with 40 points. He shot 15-27 from the floor, including 4-9 from the 3-point line. Alex English chipped in 27 points. World B. Free and Darrell Griffith both struggled from the floor for the Raptors as neither one of them was able to connect on a 3 pointer.
Game 2: Bulls @ Raptors L 109-75 - Coming off of a game where Tisdale scored 50, the Raptors allow Larry Bird to drop 52 on them. Free led the Raptors in scoring with 16 points. Tisdale had a double-double with 15 points and 10 boards. The Bulls defense had Toronto on lock down as they held the Raptors to only 30% from the field compared to 50% for the Bulls.
Game 3: 76ers @ Raptors L 102-101 - 3rd straight loss of the sim, all of them at home. Free led the Raptors in scoring with 28 points, 5 boards and 4 assists. Tisdale chipped in 22. Lever won player of the game with 8 points, 5 steals, 8 boards, and 11 assists. Michael Jordan led the way for the Sixers with 20 points and 7 dimes. Liam Griffey had a double-double with 10 points and 13 boards. The Sixers shot 51% for the game compared to 44% for Toronto.
Followed up the 3-2 sim with an 0-3 one. Got destroyed by the Bulls again and lost another close game to the 76ers. 1 more sim to go.
