well this is going to be interesting, warriors went offline 21 minutes ago, bulls posted this 14 minutes ago, john did resigns a few minutes ago, an warriors had declined thompsons resign 5 hours ago, what a mess, lol

Smart move by the bulls. Warriors were gonna decline him to keep their cap space open, and they end up with $500. Bulls were on top of the situation and end up with a very good player on a reasonable contract.

Yes but I think the Bulls bought out of the FA race Not really they still have 10 million in soft cap to offer, plus MLE & LLE then they can resign any FA from there team last year with 3 more bird years and go over the softcap up to the hard cap to do so. They could resign Caldwell Jones,Larry Steele and Rocky Beckman back plus add David Thompson and a solid player FA for 10 million and likely a ok player at MLE plus the LLE player.

I dont have bird rights on steele or beckman. And 10 mill wont land a phenom. So i did give up a shot for a lonnie shelton type, by adding thompson. Right now, Im just reaaaalllly hoping I can get caldwell or steele (long shot) back for an inflated price.
