surprised no one made a thread about this.
im laughing at the Bears. spend all that money on Mike Glennon, and then trade up one spot and draft a QB.

As a 49ers fan, thank you Bears for the 3 free draft picks.
As for Soloman Thomas, i think he is a good player but isnt a great fit for what the 49ers really need. But atleast we got some picks.

At least the Bears have locked up last place in the NFC North for the next 5 years.

I loved what the Browns and Niners did in the draft. Niners added 3 Chicago picks (traded one to move up with Seattle) and selected Thomas and Foster. The Browns added Garrett, Peppers, and Njoku while adding another first next year (they have 2 firsts and 3 seconds next year).

However, if I were browns gm, I would've drafted Dalvin cook instead of njoku though. Njoku is good but I think cook could have more impact

I am happy the Niners got foster with the last pick, good player and we get another year of contract since he is a 1st rounder. Foster can learn from bowman too

Njoku is good but I think cook could have more impact Personally I disagree with the assessment of the Browns drafting Cook over Njoku. The reasons why are with the Browns & their biggest offensive deficiencies & current QB options, the security blanket of a TE was the better selection...since they didn't have a WR worthy of selecting there. Whether it's Kessler or Osweiler or a drafted QB that starts, a middle of the field intermediate target was more important, especially when you look at Kessler as having arm strength be his biggest weakness/question mark & look at what Osweiler did with the Texans TE's last season. I definitely think the Browns need to upgrade the offensive weapons/skill positions throughout the remainder of the draft along with adding more LB/DB help. As much as I love Dalvin Cook, there are plenty of players that will be able to provide a lot of what Cook can & with a lower pick that offers more value. To me the Browns will fill in as much as they can with quality players, then they'll use all their extra draft capital for a QB in 2018(whether it be to acquire/obtain a Cousins/Jimmy G/ or to draft Sam Darnold or Josh Rosen or whatever QB in next year's Draft they end up falling in love with. Next year barring injuries, I believe that 4 QB'S could easily be drafted in the Top 10-15 & a minimum of 2 going in the Top 5. Between FA & the draft, next year's crop of QB'S is absolutely loaded.

The bigger surprise of last night was the fact that 2 QB'S, 2 RB's & 3 WR's all went in the Top 10. To me that just speaks volumes to the defensive depth in the draft & the fact that some of the teams that went QB preferred the 1 or more years of bench duty for them as more valuable than the much improved 2018 QB crop. The Bears definitely got fleeced & absolutely made an unnecessary move to get Trubisky. If Trubisky doesn't turn into a legitimate top flight QB or All-Pro/Pro Bowl caliber QB or they'll be terrible for a very long time. I understand the move, just in the fact that they really haven't had a legitimately great QB since Sid Luckman(unless you consider Jim McMahon a quality QB). For as long as I can remember the Bears have had QB'S that put together a few decent seasons, but never maintained sustained above average QB play.

To make things sound worse for the Bears, I heard that the GM didn't tell John Fox about the decision to draft Trubisky until just hours before the draft. That is not a good sign.

Texans over paid but I like them getting Watson I think he's the best QB in the draft.

Good draft by steelers, like usual. Watt and juju should be nice additions

I like what Watt brings. He knew how to get to the QB at Wisconsin. Always pressuring the QB

I hate the fucking cowboys, but that Drew Pearson shit was the greatest thing I ever saw during the draft.

As for the Giants.
Engram seems like a interesting WR/TE matchup nightmare. I would think he's gonna be a pass catching upgrade over the slow scrub TEs like Tye and Donnell.
Tomlinson replaces Hankins at DT as the Giants keep drafting 2nd round Dts and replacing them with 2nd round DTs. (Linval Joseph to Johnathan Hankins to Tomlinson.)

I tweeted out after Floyd Little's Miami undefeated diatribe that while it's been 44 years and counting since they were undefeated, it's also been 44 years since they won anything. They sold their soul for that undefeated season.
