Big ass risk. N hope he knows that if the players ask to resign he can't sign them and also take this deal.

Is it really that much different than the trade for the 4th pick? In that trade, you have his most recent selection(Childress), this year's pick and next years pick and cash. In mine, you have three draft picks.

In mine, you have three draft picks. I think they are pretty different. Jazz gave up #4 and 92 pick but jazz also have the pistons 92 pick so it doesnt jepordize their future. They gave cash as well but they have tons of that. and childress was probably his weakest young prospect. for Melo, a 26 yr old scoring stud on a 4 yr contract and jazz will still have 35 mill in cap in FA to make a splash. Wizards traded 3 of their picks, leaving them with none until 3 drafts from now, for a 29 yr old star on a 2 yr deal that had the pg affect this year so his numbers are inflated, and after getting harden you will have ZERO cap room this FA and you will probably be over the softcap if you try to resign schrempf. so you gave up 3 lottos to replace terrell brandon and ryan anderson with harden for 2 years when it comes down to it. harden isnt going to magically make you a contender as you have no impact players on your squad to help harden. so to put it blankly, you wagered 3 of your 4 lottos for a 2 yr rental and will still be a non playoff team, while jazz traded 2 of their 5 lottos to get a franchise player to build around for the next 4 years as phil ford and dwight evolve and they will still be able to sign 2 max players this offseason, thus not risking their future at all.

I also have Bucks 93. Honestly, I do not believe that my team should be performing this poorly. Ellis has been a real disappointment considering his ratings. Tisdale scores more(with 83 inside, 2 higher than LE) and Ellis is struggling to shoot 40%. I'm seeing guys like Sean Rooks and Dale Davis put up much better scoring numbers with similar ratings as well. On your team, how the hell does Dalembert put up similar numbers to Laphonso. Fucking Zarko Carbakapa with his 73 inside is destroying Ellis. It doesn't make sense.

I have had this happen before with Kenny Williams he had very good ratings, and number ratings but scored 10ppg and never did much more. I haven't looked at Ellis but it could be a few things his quickness, strength, jump shot could low for his position. like I said I haven't looked but this does happen and it drives a person nuts.

Yup , what john said. Ellis isnt scoring because he has 44 quickness, 59 jumping, 70 strength. Dalembert scores the same because his conditioning is around the same (37, 42, 85)
