LOL...nope that's not me. I've been thru it so many times before that I had practice handling the disappointment. I felt bad for my son though, he actually shed a couple tears. This is the first time he's felt what its like to truly be a Vikings fan.
One thing I did find funny is the pizza place in Washington that is offering 'The Blair Walsh Special', all of the toppings are on the left side of the pizza.

Just wanted to add that I loved Minneapolis. I was there for a buddy's wedding in August. I loved the downtown area. Of course it was August and I'm from Florida, so I'm not sure how I would have fared if his wedding were next week instead lol

Walsh should have NEVER missed that field goal! The Vikings outplayed the Seahawks the entire game. But Peterson needs to take part of the blame for the loss. Hang on to the football!

The Vikings also managed just 2 yards per carry. When you have All Day on your team, that's inexcusable. But, if that's happening, then Bridgewater HAS to be able to do better through the air. Under the same concept that Walsh HAS to make that kick. It's easy to blame Walsh, but the reality is, he's the only offensive player that did his job the entire day until the fatal final kick. The hold was also horrendous on that kick. That guy shouldn't get a pass on that fact.

Pretty much, yes. Except it doesn't matter unless you can translate that into TD's, which they just couldn't do. Man, I hated to see the Seahawks win.

That was a total team loss. Sure Walsh should have made that kick, but he could just of easily missed one of the 40+ yard field goals earlier in the game, and it wouldn't have come do him to get the win. Peterson had that fumble and Captain Munnerlyn took a horrible angle on Wilson when Seattle had the botched snap and completed that huge play to Lockett. Those were a couple of the big mistakes for the Vikings, not to mention the horrible blocking by the O-Line. Both teams played really well and in the end, it came down to which team took advantage of the mistakes by the other team, and that was Seattle. I hated to see Seattle win too, but I'm hopeful that I will be able to see them lose in a couple days. Sorry (not sorry) Jason!

I was thinking about this the other day, the Seahawks have had A TON of really crazy close playoff games in the last ten or so years. This one, the superbowl loss to the Pats, the Packers comeback with the onside kick and 2 pt conversion with the OT win, the NFC Championship with Shermans tip to INT that led to the Crabtree rant, in 2012 the comeback game against the Falcons that the defense blew on a last minute FG drive by Matty Ice, in 06 the Tony Romo botched FG attempt. There are probably more.
Also if you include regular season the Fail Mary and Kam forcing the Megatron fumble on the 1 yard line.
