Let me get this straight....
Heat send Arenas in exchange for Chandler when they have 4 Centers and 4 PF's already?
Not protesting, just wondering what the point is?
On the flip side, Bulls have Mickey in the front court and....? I understand the Bulls wanting some Guard depth but I think you could have gotten a better deal for Tyson to shore up the back court.

I get it for the Heat. With Alvin Robertson, Glenn Robinson, and Alvan Adams, there isn't a big role for Arenas down the road. Of the bigs on his roster, there are quite a few that I wouldn't want on the court. For the Bulls, I think they're viewing that as getting a player they may have liked more than Chandler (trading up) without having to give up anything additional in the trade. I think with his higher potential, they are swinging for the fences with this trade.

it doesnt make sense to me.. heat had a perfect duo of arenas n robertson with adams to either start at pg n bring arenas off the bench or start arenas n have shumate/robinson off the bench..
chandler is a perfect duo to mickey, and would be the best scenario to win with calvin murphy n their thin squad. But i dont think bulls are thinking about that. seems like a rip down job for the bulls, mickey n murphy next; and i guess the heat think chandler will be the hayes/shumate heir apparent after he tries to move both of them.. if so good luck on getting bites.
so overall, i dont like the trade for either but its their teams and they can do whatever they want.

heat trading for the max contract 32 yr old hayes, and freeing the knicks from that aweful contract WHILE giving knicks $450 was the real trade that shouldve been discussed and imo not done. but teams seem to like to bale out the knicks, so not big news. nor would the adept trade council have done anything about that. but 2 jobs later, knicks get rid of hayes n his aweful contract and get d Jordan n his great contract to play next to McGee all for the price of $550.
fyi. I will strongly consider the knicks gm of the year for these deals. but i dont discount the shit fda gets in his favor while no one else in the league gets these types of deals or luck in draft or CRAZY luck in TC.

meh. Areans is best suited at PG. I got 2 young studs who can play there already in Adams and Robertson and need major help at Center.

Or are you trying to trade Hayes? Because you wont get near a similar gift deal as you gave the knicks. and why would you trade arenas if he is best suited for PG, which you need And acknowledged robertson is a better SG for you... "5-1 sim, two great wins on the road (Suns & Knicks)...Robertson looked great as my SG. Glenn doesn't take enough shots as the #1 option, great %'s though. " That sounds like arenas would be great for you as pg or backup guard like i mentioned before.. and why has arenas not played one minute so far this season while garbage PF Turpin and Dare have over 25 mpg? its odd

Hayes is a PF. I said I need major help at Center not PF 2. No I'm actually very very happy with Hayes and don't see his contract as a burden because 3 of starters are making rookie $. 3. Adams is my staring PG. I've had Arneas backup the PG & SG position all season long. My starting Center Thompson has been injured so losers like Turpin and Dare got some extra PT...actually Arenas has averaged 20mpg not sure where you're seeing that he hasn't played one minute

McGinnis n Love n truck for picks (Gerald Wallace+Haywood) was a slam dunk for klompers. not to mention i did it before the end of resigns so i couldve declined McGinnis and wouldve been perfectly under the hard cap, not a bailout out at all dipshit. compared to the knicks real bail out: Knicks acquire: Geoff Petrie Nigel Keogan Gabriel Dubroff $450 Heat acquire: Elvin Hayes Slight difference. But im not surprised by your lack of intelligence. again..

You got value for mcginnis when you would have had to decline him because you got into a financial mess. that is a bail out. the knicks gave almost enough cash to buy out hayes last 2 years and he will be a stud for the next few years. I wouldn't have done the deal were i the heat - at least i would have demanded more cash - but i can understand it

I didnt see arenas getting minutes because the index pages are still messed up for me everyday, so everytime i click on a team or standings i need to refresh. It use to be like once a week it was a problem. so yea i was wrong, you are backing up guards with arenas. and you have jason thompson which didnt originally show up when i saw your roster, but that actually makes the trade seem that much weirder. you trade the better player for a lesser one thats at a position you have filled as auldawg already pointed out. weird move but have fun.

also, you maxed love so you must have thought he was good. and if he sucks then so does his contract ergo the bailout was even a bigger gift
