I am going to start adding the monies prior to the new season instead of waiting until aferwards... I just added monies for the season we are finishing up and I am going to add monies for the upcoming season now. This is so that the guys get paid prior instead of afterwards, and if someone doesnt do their job the money will be available to be taken away at John's discretion...

I have talked with a couple of the graders and they all agree they would rather get paid prior instead of after the season.. I hope this is ok.. But I posted it here for all the league to understand why and did not feel blind-sided by what they saw since I just added monies for the prior season..
