Could anyone give me a quick explanation of the "Under 30 Wins Rule"? If you had 30 or fewer wins the previous season and attempt to trade your first round pick, the trade will automatically be sent to the trade council to be reviewed.

Oh alright. I was afraid I was going to have to sacrifice my draft pick next season if I was really bad again... so this seems like it's just in place to protect new members of the league from getting taken advantage of. Cool. Thanks New York Knicks

So I this league or in any league is it ok for a team not to follow the rules I'm not his partner and I'm not a liaison I'm a worker as he that helps to build up the league so it's not snitching because it's no crime attachment it's a rule that I figured he missed after the entire season being over the Cap which makes the league unfairer then trading a player to your proxy team

He has to be under by preseason. You can go over the cap at day 60.
