Knicks acquire - Steph Curry
Bulls acquire - Serge Ibaka
Ibaka is the best contract in the game, but without a third scorer I'm fucked. And curry was meant to be a Knick.
While I don't disagree with the statement that Ibaka's contract is the best in the game (seriously, less than $4 million a year for a double-double machine???), IBlocka has really no room for improvement offensively, while Curry can easily explode into a 30 PPG scorer to replace Batum. I'm not officially going to protest this trade, because to each their own, but damn man fda does it again.

I think you guys are overrating how good steph will be, also on the last year of his deal where I would have to overpay to retain him mostly because of his name. The value of an elite shot blocker and rebounder on Serge's deal is higher than you give credit for.

But I guess if you keep repeating a lie eventually it becomes the truth in your head. The Bulls have come in, cleared cap space, signed Kemp, Shelton, Cavenall, Phil Smith, and still have cap space. Now you add Ibaka to the mix. Name a defensive front court better than Kemp, Ibaka, Shelton (Ron C off the bench)? They've been aggressive and built a strong defensive squad, and Ibaka falls in line with every other move they've made. I figured you would understand since you basically did the same thing when you re-joined the league.

I don't think I'm undervaluing his contract AT ALL. I just think long-term Curry will be MUCH better (as he has 5 seasons of spending - which fda does better than ANYONE ELSE in the league by far) than Ibaka (who will see little to no improvement the rest of the way), and I guarantee fda will spend the contract to keep Curry in NY.

Why is it always FDA FDA FDA? Everything is just focused on me. I don't think anybody even knows that Batum is on the Heat, everybody just knows that he's not on my team. Like here you're focused on Me camping the shit out of Curry and trying to make him into a star. But is he a star? In 3 years has he at any point played like a star? Are his number ratings equivalent to a star? Does he have the potential rating to become a star? You're right I'm probably gonna take him and camp him till he bleeds cause I need a 3rd scorer. But you can't judge a trade off of that. The question is what's being traded right now? A 4th year expiring rookie contract guard that's produced good not great numbers for a 29 year old that just averaged damn near 14 rpg 4 bpg and is signed for under 4 mil/year for the next 4 seasons. Now ask yourself is that a fair trade or not?

Curry is a bad defender, not a great ball handler, and isn't even an elite shooter. He's gonna take thousands of dollars of camps to make him good, while Ibaka is one of ghe best rebounders in thr league. Not to mentin that after next year, Curry will be making significantly more money thab INaka as well. I thought CLB dominated the trade just by selling very high on a big name guy who isn't actually all that great.

But your reputation as probably, no, definitely one of the top maybe two GM's in the league precedes you, and I look at the potential just as much as I do the here and now because of your reputation (much deserved) as a great GM.

I think this trade is stupid for the Bulls, just like any trade someone ever made with the Knicks since I'm in the ITP. And LOL to Curry being a bad defender. Eddy Curry is a bad defender, yes

Me for one think this deal stinks and fda should be committed . It would take roughly 4000 to camp Curry to be a 3rd option in the vain of Batum . Ibaka is nice as shown by his 1st team selection great deal for the Bulls
