I think it stands - he traded and it was approved. Then he quit.
Since it didn't go to council originally don't see how we can rescind it after

everyone knows how this should have gone... but i understand why people stick to their beliefs, including loud who said himself he overpaid. Im just more of a spirit of the the law guy

i have more problem now with how FDA is denying the reality of the issue and defending it on technical stances, but thats a issue i dont believe we will ever see close to eye to eye.

While I think the Knicks got a hell of a deal, I am not in favor of rescinding the trade. GM's walk into a hot mess all the time with new teams. The new GM can take on the challenge.
